1. Overview

The website solen-usa.com is operated by Thomas Alan Mohr under the trade name Solen.

In these Terms, "we", "us" and "our" refer to the operator of the Site.

By accessing our Site and/or making a purchase, you agree to these Terms of Sale and Use. Please read them carefully before using the Site or placing an order.

Our online store is hosted by Shopify, which provides the e-commerce platform we use to sell our products.

2. Use of the Site

You agree to use the Site and our services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with applicable laws. In particular, you may not:

• use the Site for fraudulent or illegal purposes;
• transmit viruses, malware or any other code that may harm the Site;
• attempt to bypass the Site's security measures;

We reserve the right to change our prices at any time. A price change made after an order has been confirmed does not affect the price agreed for that order.

5. Orders

By placing an order on our Site, you agree to provide accurate, complete and up-to-date information.

Before confirming your order, you can review the selected products and the information provided and correct any errors.

Your order becomes final according to the steps shown during checkout. Once confirmed, an order confirmation is sent to the email address provided.

We may refuse or cancel an order where legitimate circumstances justify it, in particular suspected fraud, an obvious error, a payment problem or product unavailability. If a paid order has to be cancelled by us, the amounts concerned will be refunded.

6. Payment

Payment is made using the payment methods offered at checkout.

You agree to provide accurate payment information and to be authorized to use the selected payment method.

Payment data is processed by the relevant payment providers in accordance with applicable security measures. We do not directly store your full card details when they are processed by our store's payment providers.

7. Shipping

Orders are shipped to the address provided by the customer at checkout. The customer is responsible for the accuracy of the shipping address.

Delivery times shown on the Site are estimates unless expressly stated otherwise. We do our best to process and deliver orders within the stated times; however, delays may occur for reasons beyond our control, such as carrier issues or exceptional circumstances.

8. Returns and refunds

Returns, exchanges and refunds are governed by our Return & Refund Policy, available on our Site, including our 30-Day Perfect Fit Promise.

If a product arrives damaged or defective, the customer should contact us promptly after noticing the problem so we can review the situation.

Mandatory statutory consumer rights in the event of a defective product remain reserved.
